Return policy

In accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a returnwithout stating a reason.

If you request for return, we will refund your money without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your request. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@peculiarpond.com.

We can only refund you after the products have been returned to us or after you provide proof that the products have been sent back to us. You must return the product without unnecessary delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you requested the return. You must bear the direct costs of returning the product yourself.

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling the product, except for what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product.

In accordance with Article 86, paragraph 1 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, you don't have the right to request a return for a digital product, which has not been delivered on a material data carrier, if you consented and were aware that you will lose the right to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
